Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all orders across Canada. No minimum spend required.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via our Track Your Order page.
5. Can I return my order?
Absolutely. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In its original packaging

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maison-charlevoix.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you require a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
